By engaging Edex Documents Clearing LLC you agree to provide accurate information and cooperate in a timely manner. Services are subject to the applicable UAE government authority requirements and timelines.
Fees & Payment
Quoted fees cover our professional service charges only. Government fees, third-party charges, and translation costs are billed separately and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by government authorities, incomplete client documentation, or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
